These terms form the agreement between you and iptvirelandmax when you use this website or buy a subscription. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” means iptvirelandmax, the service provider identified on our Disclaimer page.
- “You” means the person who buys or uses a subscription.
- “Service” means the subscription access we supply, including login credentials, playlist links and technical support.
2. What the service is
We supply access to a streaming platform and the technical means to use it, together with setup guidance and support. We are a technology and access provider. We are not a broadcaster, and we do not own, produce or control the content that appears in any catalogue.
Channel line-ups, catalogues and event availability can change at any time without notice, because they depend on upstream sources we do not control. No specific channel, film, series or event is guaranteed for the life of your subscription unless we state it in writing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is offered to viewers in Ireland.
4. Your account and credentials
Your login details are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them private and for everything done through your account.
Each plan carries a device limit, from one to five simultaneous devices. Streaming on more devices than your plan allows, or sharing your credentials outside your household, is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension without refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, rebroadcast or publicly display the service;
- record, copy, rip or redistribute any stream;
- reverse engineer, scrape or attack our systems, or attempt to bypass device limits;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any third party’s rights.
6. Copyright
We respect copyright and we act on valid complaints. If you believe material accessible through the service infringes your rights, follow the procedure on our Copyright Complaint page, which operates under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 and the European Communities (Directive 2000/31/EC) Regulations 2003.
7. Prices, payment and renewal
All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and do not renew automatically. You choose whether to renew.
We accept card payments and cryptocurrency, including BTC, ETH and USDT. Where you pay in cryptocurrency, the euro value at the time of payment is the value used for any refund.
Delivery is immediate. Your credentials are issued automatically through our Telegram channel, normally within a few minutes of payment clearing.
8. Free trial
Free trials are limited to one per household, run for 24 hours, and are provided so you can test quality before buying. We may withdraw or limit trials where they are abused.
9. Refunds
Refunds and cancellation are dealt with in full on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
10. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability, but no streaming service can promise it. Maintenance, upstream outages, network incidents and force majeure events can interrupt access. We restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
Technical support is provided through Telegram. We do not operate an email support channel.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, where you breach these terms, where fraud or a chargeback is involved, or where we are legally required to do so. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, are not affected by these terms.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of a specific broadcast or event.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that governs it. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own place of residence under applicable law.
15. General
If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us.
