We want you to judge the service on how it actually performs. This page sets out our 7-day money-back guarantee, your statutory rights in Ireland, and how to make a refund request.

1. Test before you buy
Every visitor can request a free 24-hour trial before paying anything. We strongly recommend you use it. The trial lets you check your own broadband, your own device and the exact channels you care about, which is the fastest way to avoid a refund request in the first place.
2. Our 7-day money-back guarantee
If a technical fault on our side means the service does not work properly for you, and we cannot fix it, we will refund your payment in full within the first 7 days of your subscription starting.
To keep the process quick and fair, we ask you to work through a short technical validation with our support team first. Most problems are solved in minutes.
Technical validation steps
- Contact us on Telegram support and describe the problem, including your device and the channels affected.
- Run a broadband speed test and send us the result. A stable 25 Mbps is needed for reliable 4K, and 10 Mbps for HD.
- Try the same login on a second device or a mobile network, so we can tell a service fault from a local network fault.
- Allow our team up to 24 hours to apply a fix, such as moving you to a different server or a different player app.
If the fault is still unresolved after those steps, your refund is approved. You do not need to argue for it.
3. Your statutory cooling-off right
Because you buy from us at a distance, the Consumer Rights Act 2022 gives you a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel a distance contract without giving a reason.
There is one important exception, and it applies to almost every order here. Our service is digital content and a digital service supplied immediately. When you ask for immediate supply and expressly consent to it, and you acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once supply begins, the cooling-off right ends at that point. We ask for that express consent and that acknowledgement at checkout, and we keep a record of it.
Your rights around digital content and digital services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are separate and are not affected by the paragraph above. Those rights stand in addition to our guarantee.
4. What is not covered
A refund will not normally be approved where:
- your broadband is too slow or unstable, and this is confirmed by a speed test;
- the problem is caused by your own hardware, router, VPN or ISP throttling;
- you simply changed your mind after using the service, and did not take the free trial;
- a specific channel or event was never listed as part of the catalogue;
- a single event was affected by a temporary outage at source, which is outside our control;
- your login was shared beyond the device limit on your plan, or the terms of service were otherwise breached;
- more than 7 days have passed since your subscription started, and no statutory right applies.
5. How to request a refund
Send a message to our Telegram support channel with your service username, the date of purchase, and a short description of the problem. Refund requests are handled on Telegram only. We do not operate an email channel.
6. How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of approval, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Card refunds usually appear within 3 to 5 working days after we send them, depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are returned to the wallet the payment came from, at the euro value of the original payment.
7. Cancelling a subscription
Our plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel: your access simply stops at the end of the term unless you choose to renew. If you want to stop a plan mid-term, message us on Telegram and we will close the account, though a refund is only due where this policy or your statutory rights provide for one.
8. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback raised while we are still working on your issue takes longer to resolve than a direct refund, and results in the account being suspended for the duration of the dispute.
9. Consumer redress
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you can seek information or assistance from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland, or from the European Consumer Centre Ireland for cross-border purchases.
