Service provider details
Under the European Communities (Directive 2000/31/EC) Regulations 2003, S.I. No. 68/2003, an online service provider must make its identifying details easily, directly and permanently accessible. Ireland does not use a German-style Impressum page, so those details are published here and repeated in the footer of every page.

1. Nature of the service
iptvirelandmax supplies subscription access to a streaming platform, along with setup guidance and technical support. We are a technology and access provider. We are not a television broadcaster, and we do not own, produce, host, upload or control the programming available through upstream sources.
2. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broadcaster, streaming platform, sports league, studio or rights holder. All trademarks, channel names, logos and programme titles are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them on this website is descriptive only.
Device and application names such as Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, Roku and Formuler are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them in our setup guides does not imply any partnership.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the law and with any licence conditions that apply where you live. You are also responsible for your own broadband connection, hardware and network setup, which have a direct effect on streaming quality.
4. Copyright
If you hold rights in material you believe is being made available without authorisation, please use the procedure on our Copyright Complaint page. We act expeditiously on valid notices.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, including channel counts, catalogue sizes, prices and setup instructions. Even so, this information is provided for general guidance and may change. Figures such as “45,000+ channels” and “190,000+ films and series” describe the catalogue at the time of writing and will vary over time.
6. External links
This website links to third-party sites and applications, including Telegram and app stores. We have no control over their content, availability or privacy practices, and we accept no responsibility for them.
7. No warranty on availability
No streaming service can guarantee uninterrupted access. Upstream outages, maintenance, network incidents and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt playback. We restore service as quickly as we can, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens when a fault cannot be fixed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
9. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
